I MET THE DOCTORS OFFICE MANAGER AT THE ELEVATOR ON MY WAY IN. SHE WAS VERY NICE, AND WE LAUGHED THAT HER TEAM WAS SO DEDICATED TO THE PATENTS CARE THAT WE GREAT YOU AT THE ELEVATOR!! I KNEW MY VISIT WAS GOING TO BE A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE ALREADY. WHEN I ESCORTED TO THE OFFICE DOOR ON THE SECOND FLOOR, I REMBER THE VOICE OF THE YOUNG LADY I SPOKE WITH EARLIER ON THE PHONE. I ASKED IF I COULD COME IN ABOUT AN HOUR EARLY, BECAUSE I WAS HOPING TO GET IN TO MY APPOINTMENT BEFORE THE TRAFFIC GOT ANY WORSE. THE YOUNG LADY SAID OF COURSE YOU HEAD OVER NOW, AND YOU WILL BE ABLE TO SEE THE DOCTOR SOONER AND COME ON IN. WHEN I CHECKED IN THE RECEPTIONIST VERY NICELY EXPLAINED IN WOULD BE A MOMENT. BY THE TIME I WAS TUNING IN TO THE YOUTUBE, MY NAME WAS CALLED, I WAS SEEN BY THE NURSE, SHE LISTENED TO MY CONCERNS DOCUMENTED THEM FOR THE DOCTOR. HE CAME IN SHORTLY AFTER, WE SPOKE ABOUT MY ISSUES, HE PRESCRIBED ME NEW MEDS. I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICE. I HAVE A FALLOW UP IN 3 MONTHS.
