He was very easy to talk to and explained everything so I could understand the situation and he did everything in his power to set me up for surgery STAT. The whole process was so well synchronized like a well oiled machine. I tip my hat to Dr Sharpe and his staff! Thank you all so very much! God Bless The day of surgery he came into talk with me went over a few things about the procedure and then gave me plenty of time to ask several questions then later he answered all my wife’s questions. Honestly, I was going to find another practice, until I saw Dr. Sharpe. The front desk was not winning any awards with me. They were extremely rude to one patient in particular, while I was waiting. And, I waited for an hour to get to a room, then waited there for another twenty minutes. The first doctor I saw, who was not an ankle specialist, proceeded to tell me I had a sprain. I did not sprain it. I had an X-ray that showed the problem. He was very nice, but kinda skimmed right over what I was saying. Thankfully, he reached out to Dr. Sharpe. He was completely on the same page as me. He explained things further than Urgent Care did. I really liked him. Then, I waited for at least twenty minutes for someone to come give me my paperwork. I was about to go looking for it. There were not that many patients in there. I wouldn’t go back, if not for Dr. Sharpe. But, I’m not recommending the practice.
