Staff is wonderful—dr Hainline is very friendly and does a great job. My only complaint would be the wait time is 1-2 hours from the appointment time, but I am thankful to have treatment so close to home. I had a BRVO and it is almost completely resolved.

I gave a 3 because in my opinion it shouldn’t take 2 hours to dilate and do the exam.

Dr Hainline is a very good doctor, however I felt like he rushed through this last appointment. He gave me a couple instructions which I understood, but I didn’t understand why or how often I was supposed to do these. Also there was no written followup instructions given to me when I left the offfice.
