It had taken a year to finally get to my appointment, it finally arrived and i was treated very well by the dr. She gave me time to ask questions and to explain my ailments. Took blood work ordered some test. I was made to feel important and i do appreciate that very much.

She listened and was a part of the ultrasound too. She didn’t leave everything to the techs and nurses. The lab staff was kind and I really felt heard with Dr. Jaleel and the whole team.

This was my first time meeting Dr. Jaleel (since the scheduled Rheumatologist was not available). Dr. Jaleel listened to my concerns, addressed each one individually - while including a few extra tips and resources that were not previously known to me. Additionally, she reviewed and explained past lab and X-ray results.

Dr. Ayesha Jaleel, M.D. joined Rheumatology Associates of North Alabama in August 2020. She is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Board Certified in Rheumatology. After completing her Internal Medicine Residency in 2018 at Brookwood Baptist Hospital in Birmingham, she moved to Raleigh, NC for her Rheumatology Fellowship at the University of North Carolina which she completed in July 2020. She specializes in the treatment of connective tissue disorders and diseases of the immune system.
