OMG- from front office staff, Dawn- Medical Assistant, Dr LuCiano and the Lab Lady. All fantastic.!!!! I've been a patient for 7 yrs, driving from Fort Worth to Denton and following her when she changed practices. She's a wonderful rheumatologist and has the best bedside manner. She listens and will give you facts and then her opinion. I'll ask about things I've come across on the internet that im curious about and she'll actively discuss if there could be benefits or offer other suggestions if its not something she believes will benefit me. She's never dismissed anything I've had to say. She's very easy to talk to- I've cried in her office more than once and always leave feeling like I've been heard and know that she takes my condition, care and treament seriously. I hope I never have to find for another rheumatologist.

I understand she has a small area to work with, but I waited 2 hours to get to see her. My time is money too. So something has to change. I love her as a doctor and she has helped me. I am hoping she improves her work area.

Dr Luciano is a terrific doctor. The office was slammed today and my wait was over an hour. But when I finally saw the doctor - it was worth my wait today.
