First visit. Long wait to be seen. My 3 yr old was the patient. Appointment took 2.5 hrs with testing that only took 10 minutes. I’m still waiting to hear back to set appt for procedure . But she was very nice. And kind which is the number one thing

While I liked Dr. Ingley the clinical staff at Northwest ENT demonstrated an inability to follow-up with me post visit. I called multiple times with questions about the medications I was prescribed and got no response. I will not be continuing my treatment at Northwest ENT.

I stumbled upon this office when doing my own research to find a new ENT that would be able to see my son sooner when his original appointment with CHOA was canceled from May 5th and rescheduled to July. That was just unacceptable to cancel the appointment just days before and reschedule so far out, when I knew if he needed surgery I wanted him to do it over the summer versus missing school. We had his appointment and once we got to see Dr Ingley she was just amazing. She was a straight shooter and explained everything to us. Also, all the times my son went to see an ENT and none of them ever checked his Adenoids. She did and noticed they were huge. She gave off a great vibe and we proceeded to schedule surgery. Her surgery scheduler called the next week and gave us her next available date, about 2 weeks later I received the prior auth Approval from the insurance. They were very thorough! She took great care of my big 14 yr old baby and because of the I would recommend her to everyone

I was kept waiting 90 minutes past my appointment time. Unacceptable.

Dr Ingley is knowledgeable and explains things to patients in language that they understand. She makes you feel at ease when visiting her office.

Still giving her a 5 but she was very rushed and didn’t have a lot of time to read over my file before she came in. It was very busy that day.

Worst doctors experience of my life. She was rude and did not seem to care at all. She would not let me voice concerns or even explain fully my health problem. I was cut off multiple times and blamed for missing a hearing test when I didn’t even know I needed one. Would never recommend to anyone.

I LOVE HER! I never seen her before but I surely hope that, if I Ever need help again, that she is available!! A very sweet, nice lady. But more important than ANYTHING ELSE…. SHE WAS VERY TENDER WITH MY RIGHT EAR. It’s my “special” ear. And she was extra gentle. I could tell that she cared.

Pretty sure she did not even read my chart. After seeing her multiple times in the past 8 months I would expect her to be aware of everything we have previously tried. Such a waste of time and money.

Dr. Ingley is very pleasant and professional. She took time to discuss my test and help me get a better understanding of what to expect going forward.

My appt. was at 2pm. I did all the paperwork online and arrived at 1:45. I did not see Dr. Ingley till 3:30 PM and that was only because I started walking out of the office. I got a lame apology and something about "my staff need to communicate" better. My total time with here was about ten minutes. Ridiculous. Unprofessional. First impressions last forever.

I always love going to her. She did wonderful surgery on me, and my wife Judy and I both go to her. She is very personable, and is very knowledgeable.

Dr. Ingley took her time to fully evaluate my issues and she was very compassionate and genuinely interested in my well-being. She didn’t hustle me out the door (which seems to be the norm now). This was my first visit and she came highly recommended. I now know why. Awesome visit! She is a keeper.

Friendly , but could work on her bedside manner . She was a bit abrasive when she looked up my nostrils, took me by surprise , and very unpleasant. Other than that she was lovely.

Extremely disappointed in the service provided to me at this location. I had a 1:10pm appointment in which I arrived at that time. There were other individuals who arrived after me that was seen before me. When I went to the desk to ask how much longer she said the doctor was coming out now. They came to get me only to have me sit in the back room for another 20mins. By this time it was 2:30pm and I was walking out. The doctor stopped me and stated she was coming in now but I’m free to leave if I want so I turned around. We walked in only for her to say you were late which is why the wait was long. I informed her I arrived at the desk right at 1:10pm which was my scheduled time. She proceeded to say any way let’s take a look which was extremely rude to me. She spent about 60secs looking at my ear and stated there was not much she can do as she has only seen this in African Americans people never in a Caucasian person. Which I personally knew was not true and felt very discriminated.

She is very thorough and so patient.

This was the rudest medical “professional” I have ever encountered. I put that in quotes because she was in no way professional. I understand being behind or in a hurry, however about 30 seconds into my explanation of what was going on with my ear, very briefly stating that my dog had just died, she cut me off and rudely yelled “NOT RELEVANT!!!” I was shocked and speechless at first, but then tried to say something in the hope that she would see how extremely out of line she was being. Instead, she doubled down, cutting me off and yelling “STILL NOT RELEVANT!!!” It isn’t her patients’ fault that this doctor either has an overloaded schedule or poor time management. In total she spent 3 min. in the room at the most. I suppose it would have killed her to listen to a 60 second total explanation. It apparently also would have killed her to act like a human being and not treat her patients like dirt. You couldn’t pay me to see her again.

I feel very comfortable with Dr. Ingley and will continue to see her. She’s easy to talk with, has solutions and takes action.

Dr. Ingley is the best. Always answers my questions and is always courteous and friendly. Helps me to understand what I need to do in any given situation with my allergies.

Waited an hour to see Dr. Ingley and she spent a total of about two minutes with me, dismissed my concern, and wrote a prescription without explaining what is was and how it would help.

this Dr could clearly tell me she could see my problem, but at the same time tell me she didn't wanna give me surgery case I might not be happy with her work and she kept repeating that till I got pissed off I think it was a black thing, and she kept insulting my weight. then she said you probably wanna see a different Dr and see what they say right i said yes she said well come see me after you get your weight off

My experience with the doctor was unpleasant and she did not listen to me when I was experiencing extreme pain during a procedure. Her bedside manner is very poor. She yelled at me for having an involuntary response to the pain and she continued to push the instrument into my ear even after I expressed how much it hurt and was in tears. I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AND ANGRY with the service rendered by the doctor.

It was nice meeting her today, order a Prescription but unfortunately was not able to get it because we have to get permission with the insurance company hopefully that will be resolved and will see how this goes

I felt Dr. Ingley was completely dismissive of my health issue and will not be returning as a patient. Her tone and overall bedside manner was inconsistent with the level of care I expect for the amount of money I was paying to see her. I felt she did not address the underlying cause of my visit and I am still suffering from issues related to my ears which, as an ear, nose and throat specialist, she should have been able to diagnose or at least point me in the right direction towards a solution. Overall, seeing this doctor was a complete waste of my time and money and I will not be back.
