It took a month to get in for an appointment. Now it's going to be over two weeks to get MRI and then over two more weeks for follow-up.

dr. chen paid a great deal of time trying to find out why i was still hurting after the prp injection 3 mos. ago. he suggested i see a doc who could look at my spine.

Dr Chen was attentive, explained the procedure (plasma injection) in detail prior making sure I felt comfortable with it. He also told me it was a painful procedure which holy smokes it was!
My only recommendation is to have the person attending focused on me and my comfort (would have been nice for a calming hand) during the procedure.

Very late for the appointment. Basically didn't give me any good suggestions. His staff also seems disorganized?
