Dr. Chen is an excellent listener and educates his patients well. Clinically he is superior. Am so glad to be working with him.
Dr. Chen is exceptional. He repaired both of my knees and improved both shoulders. He has earned my esteem as an outstanding practitioner.
Excellent service.
A very patient physician, that answers all of my questions. He does not rush through a visit and ensures he has answered all questions and there is nothing more needed immediately from him. He has been empathetic to my situation and works hard to make me comfortable and do everything he can.
Always takes good care of me!
Listened well and was very clear in all his explanations. Wonderful support staff as well
He listens. He answers every question. He is skilled. And he is a kind human being.
Very personable. Gave me some options as well as other possible referrals.
Dr. Chen explained things in a way I could understand them and was very personable and not quick to recommend surgery.
During this past winter Dr Chen replaced both of my hips. For the past two years I have been using a walker and haven't been comfortable sitting, standing or lying down. At the age of 85 he has literally given me my life back. He is kind and genuine and is a skilled surgeon, an expert in his field. Words cannot express how thankful I am to this man. Thank you Dr Chen!
