Dr Austin Service was excellent. Patient, listened, very knowledgable, made me comfortable and relaxed. He provided many options. Urology of Indiana is a great organization.

Austin was courteous and highly professional. Although it was my first visit, he made me feel as though I had been his patient for years. He came prepared, already familiar with my surgical history, allergies, and the reason for my appointment. His thoroughness and attention to detail made my time in his office both comfortable and productive.

Austin Service, M.D., is a native of California, but grew up near the mountains in Salt Lake City, Utah. He enjoys hiking, camping, snowboarding, paddleboarding and spending time with his wife and their four children.
Dr. Service graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Utah, where he received his B.S. degree in Chemistry with a Biochemical emphasis, minor in Spanish and Honors Certificate. He earned his medical degree from the University of Utah School of Medicine, where he was elected as co-president of the Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society. After medical school, he moved to San Diego, California, where he completed an internship and residency in Urologic Surgery at University of California San Diego. He then elected to pursue advanced training with a fellowship in Male Fertility, Microsurgery, and Sexual Medicine, which he completed at the University of Utah. He is excited to join Urology of Indiana and treat patients in the greater Indianapolis area.
