I gave 2 stars mainly for the entire experience, the Dr walked in and asked what had I done in the months leading up to the appointment about the issue I was referred to him about, this is our first meeting and the attitude was "what took you so long," well what took so long is I made the appointment in Sep - Oct 2024 and when I called, the scheduler told me this Dr didn't have anything open until Jan 2025, so I agreed to that date. It came off as if this Dr doesn't necessarily listen actively, more so they hear what they want to hear, when I was speaking I cut off by both his assistant (Rachel) and himself two different times, I'm not sure if it was the type of day they were having but usually its a good idea to try to understand and get to know your patients especially on a first initial visit.
