I was nervous about my first appointment with an orthopedic specialist, Dr. Jackson. He put me at ease from the moment he walked in. His warm, welcoming spirit and genuine smile made me feel like I was talking to a friend who just happened to be an expert in bones and joints. What really stood out was how he continued to have a natural, easy conversation with me during the entire physical exam. Instead of silently poking and prodding, he explained what he was feeling for, asked about my daily life, and even cracked a few gentle jokes. He looked me in the eye, listened to every concern without rushing, and made sure I understood his initial thoughts before we even discussed next steps. For a first visit, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thanks Doc.
Today I scheduled for my surgery, I am nervous but Dr Jackson’s words and smile made me feel not so nervous
