Took way too long for YAG procedure. The morning evaluation was fine. Second "step" time was excessive. I would give the doctor a 5 star, time management zero stars.

I never met Dr. Piracha. He never introduced himself, nor spoke to me. Pretty unnerving during an already stressful time.
