I chose Dr Piracha because my OD said he is the best. Had right eye cataract surgery. Went great. Back for the left today

I wish he would have spoke to me before sedation- I made it clear to nurse sedation hits me fast and hard - next thing I knew I was being talked to very loud at least to me

Non existing bedside manners.!He didn’t speak a word to me the 2 consecutive days he did my cataract surgeries. I believe he didn’t even know if there was a woman or man on the table. But I know all about his family and kids . His wife and daughter going on a trip. His son wants to become an ophthalmologist as well. “Who doesn’t want to be like me?” I learned all this from his talk to the nurses. Does he not know his patients hear all this? He might be a great surgeon but he surely would benefit from more empathy with his patients and some therapy for himself!

Friendly & efficient! I was in and out in no time. I’m 10 days post op and I’m seeing my results from PRK & I’m amazed!! Dr. Findley & Dr. Piracha were both excellent to work with!
