Completely unacceptable behavior from this physician during my visit.
I do not think he read ANYTHING from my chart before coming in the room. Possibly not even my birth date based on a comment he made. I explained my situation and symptoms and things when I made the appointment and to the person who was in the room before him. He didnt even know that I had been to the cardiologist before and had had testing done, much less with abnormal results.
Still he found it appropriate to say I was too young to have any real heart problem and that my "heart problems" were just anxiety. He would not order a stress test due to this prejudice despite the fact my last cardiologist did one when I was even younger.
He was also in a rush from the moment he entered the room. He barely let me speak. All of his answers were dismissive and brief, and assumed I knew nothing about cardiology and testing despite having been been through both before.

He was friendly and informative. He looked at my husband and made a decision based on what was best for HIM. I like that.

Listens well, speaks to the point , very familiar with my long term health issues/ health. I absolutely trust him! I have experienced coronary issues for 33+ yrs. First doctor retired and Dr Kumar came along. My extended time in reasonable health I credit all the fine treatment by all doctors and staff at VCS.
