The doctor over talks the patient and doesn’t let the patient finish their sentences completely before responding. I think that’s rude and disrespectful. How can you help anyone if you’re not hearing them out. You are not a mind reader. And this behavior doesn’t put the patient’s mind at ease. Lots of room to improve in this area. It’s good the his staff members are patient, sympathetic, supportive, and caring. The doctor always seems to be in a rush. And he fast talks you. That’s confusion. As far as the service. We haven’t found a solution that’s works. But hopefully we will soon. It’s almost impossible to get someone on the phone when calling the office.

Very patient and understanding that these types of fractures effect every one differently. Very thorough in reviewing my whole history, comparing with patients responses to stimuli, MRIis, CT Scans, DEXA reports… Very helpful Doctor. Would use him again myself and or recommend to others…
