What we discussed before the surgery (my concerns on going back to work to soon ) was not the case after surgery. She tried to send me back to full duty too soon . 2 weeks is too soon to go back to full duty in a Tire factory on my particular job . On my follow up visit the first comment she made towards my hand was “ That looks terrible, and swollen.” Well that’s what happens when you return too soon to my particular job where my hands take a beating .
