Appointment went well, but when I had a severe adverse reaction to the prescribed ointment and reached out to the office, I received no call back and only text messages indicating that my provider was out of the office and whenever they returned they’d reach out to me. I reiterated the extreme discomfort I was in and that I needed someone to respond now, but then reserved no response at all. This rating is more in response to the complete lack of concern and responsiveness of the office following the appointment. I still have not been contacted by them and they have not answered my calls.
