Dr. Singh has been my ophthalmologist for many years, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. In addition to being an outstanding professional, he has such a warm and kind nature that every appointment feels comfortable and welcoming.
He is always patient with my many questions and never rushes through our visits. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and genuinely cares about his patients. One thing I especially appreciate is that he always asks about my family, which shows the personal care and attention he gives beyond just medical treatment.
I was so pleased with the care I received from Dr. Singh that my wife now sees him as her ophthalmologist as well. We both have complete confidence in his expertise and truly value the compassionate care he provides

A native Texan, Dr. Singh was raised in Houston where he graduated Summa Cum Laude from Cypress Ridge High School. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering with High Honors from the University of Texas at Austin in 2011, and his M.D. degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas in 2015, where he graduated number one in his class.
After completing his internship at the Houston Methodist Hospital, Dr. Singh completed his ophthalmology residency at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. He is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Ophthalmology at UT Southwestern Medical Center where he helps teach residents cataract surgery. He is also a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and Texas Ophthalmological Association.
Dr. Singh joined the Kleiman Evangelista Eye Centers team in July 2019 with a great deal of excitement over continuing to serve the Dallas – Fort Worth area through excellent patient care. In his free time, Dr. Singh loves to travel, play tennis, and spend quality time with his wife, son, and rescue dog!
