I was referred here by my primary. My first visit I was told I needed a tonsillectomy. I scheduled it. I had a follow up and I felt the staff was so rude that I canceled my surgery. Fast forward a year, I called and asked to see another doctor. They ended up scheduling me with the same doctor. I felt my only option was to have the surgery with Dr. Shah. My surgery went smooth. My post op follow up… I showed up and waited thirty minutes only for a nurse to come out and say he was two hours behind and to reschedule at the front desk. I tried to reschedule at the front desk and was told I’d have to call and talk to a nurse for Dr. Shah. I called and was told as long as I wasn’t having any issues I should be fine to not follow up. Seven months later and I’m getting strep again. My primary told me to go back to the ENT to see what can be done. I was told it wasn’t a big deal, if I have it many more times we could look further. I have been ignored and blown off so many times. Go elsewhere!

My family have been patients of Dr. Shah for about 15 years. We have had THREE sets of tonsils, TWO sets of adenoids, ear tubes, ear tubes removed and a polyp removal. One family. Four patients. He is the best ENT specialist I have ever met. Thank you for everything Dr. Shah!!
