I hate to be that guy, but to wait all this time and to be told there was nothing that can be done , but come back in a year is not what a person wants to hear when they know that something could have been suggested , tried or hope given, it's all a patient really wants.

I know he was busy so my wait time was a little longer, he apologized and he was very pleasant.

He is a great doctor

Made the appointment a couple of months ago and advised them I was suffering from vertigo. Dr. Shaw cleaned my ears and agreed that vertigo was the issue. I was told that I would need a hearing test and an Epley maneuver, but they were too busy to administer, the treatment today. Advised I would have to make another appointment to come in for the Epley maneuver. This is a maneuver that takes approximately five minutes to perform, and I left the practice with the same issue that I had come in to have resolved. that I would have to make two appointments to resolve My symptoms is unconscionable. These folks may be too busy, making money to treat patients.

My appointment was prompt and quick. I made an impression with my dizzy spell that I had after Dr. Shah stuck the scope up my nose, but he was super understanding and comforting about it and helped to me sure I felt okay afterwards. I really appreciated it. I’m looking forward to seeing him more and hopefully getting to the root of some sinus issues I’ve been having!

Dr. Shah took the time to listen to me, answer my questions and make suggestions. He didn’t push me into doing other tests but asked if I wanted to. I respect a doctor that has a great bedside manner.

Dr Shah was great! He was friendly and spoke to my son (the patient) directly about his symptoms, even as a minor, and heard his concerns. Then he was ready for treatment which I thought was great as it didn’t give him son too much time to worry or get nervous. Problem resolved!

Dr Shah was very patient and kind to my 98 year old mother. This was her 1st outside trip after hip replacement and rehab. She was in no mood for the appointment and let him know so. He was understanding and professional.

Sincerely concerned about my situation.

All the times we have been there for my son and his ear infections, we are always told to clean his ears with a wet washcloth. When asked today how to clean my sons ears he said to get drops to clean out his ears or use q-tips and 50% water 50% peroxide. I really feel there is more going on with my sons ears and the Dr does not listen to concerns. I would like to try and prevent this from happening so we are not wasting money sending my son to the Dr.

He has the best bedside manner! My daughter is 8 and she loved talking to him!
