Dr. Bhadra is excellent on all counts. His office, though, is not always the main st organized & it’s way too difficult to speak to someone on the phone or get paperwork filled out in a timely manner. It is very frustrating!

Dr. Bhadra is an incredible surgeon &, as a patient, he is wonderfully kind & informative. However, it is unbelievably difficult to get through to his office or to get any information or paperwork needed for insurance or other matters. After my surgery it took about a month after calling & sending many emails. Even the staff at the Rehab hospital found it extremely difficult to ascertain needed info. I know I am not alone in this assessment.

Dr. Bhadra was very good ! However, the female staff in the X-ray room was very unprofessional. She needs to follow health care protocol and procedures. To start, introduce herself and make sure she cleans up after each patient.

Dr. Bhadra couldn't do anything for my knee. I have arthritis in my knee and inflammation. The injection didn't work, so according to Dr. Bhadra I will be uncomfortable and have pain. I guess that's his answer, and I ALWAYS have to wait at least a half hour for him.
