It took me two months to get into see him an MRI with contrast and then when I get there the doctor says he wants to take another two months to observe it. His office is on the complete other side of town for me. I just wanted to have this removed. I didn’t think that would this is gonna be an ongoing thing it can simply be removed. I’ve had Lompoma‘s removed before, but I was told he was a specialist because it was near some veins, so I guess I have to wait and come back in two months all the way across town I just wanted to get it removed. I’ve had Lompoma’s removed smaller than this. My doctor suggested that I go to Doctor Taylor sure hope next time I can get this removed

Check in was great...Doctor was great and once I got in the back he didn't take a long time to come in, but we sat in the lobby after checking in for over an hour the girls responsible for taking our insurance and getting our chart ready dropped the ball. This was my first visit impression Dr Taylor knew what needed to be done so right away he cut to the chase. I understand doctors don’t have time to get to know their patients, but to me that’s how you build relationships or trust. I have seen Dr. Taylor for a couple of years and several different hand needs. He is very knowledgeable and effective, however I find it a bit strange that he has never had any physical contact with me during any of the examinations of my hands. He always examines from afar, even pre-Covid. J

Saw tech Alex who is gentle and does his best not to hurt me when giving me my cortisone shots. He remembers me when I return after three months. I am a person to Alex.

2nd visit and spent less than 2 min with me and asked a few questions and left, never checked my elbow, looking for a new doctor that will care and take time to find out the real problem with me, this doctor is a joke like most in Nevada and only cares about charging your insurance the bill and their pockets.

This doctor demonstrates everything that is wrong with medicine today. I was visiting due to pain and possible tendinitis in my thumb. Dr never even touched my thumb - or even looked at it closely. He asked maybe two questions and barely listened to the answers. He immediately sent me for an x-ray, came back said it wasn’t broken, which I already knew, and said he could give me an injection for the pain. When I asked him if the x-ray would help for a long period of time he said he had no idea. He blatantly said he had no idea what the issue was and that we would see if the injection helped. He spent less than three minutes with me altogether and did not even attempt to do an examination. The nurse who gave me the injection gave me far more information than he did. Terrible bedside manner. I will be rescheduling with a different Doctor who will hopefully take the time to try to find out what is going on.

Doctor didn't bearly looked at my hands he told to make a fist and open my hand and then told me nothing he could do for me one minute into the visit. I had a problem with Dr Ashmen 5 years ago because I asked him what he did to my shoulder on my follow up appointment and he said nothing and walked out of the room I asked the office manager why he wouldn't answer me she said I needed to find another place to have my shoulder looked at so I asked her to let me get a second opinion from one of the other Doctors and she said no one else would see me there because of Dr Ashmen, and by the way this doctor treated me I guess I should have never gone back but unfortunately this is the only place I can go with my insurance what a waste of time and money this doctor looked at me from the second he opened the door like I was wasting his time .

I ALSO COMPLAINED ABOUT MY LEFT MIDDLE FINGER THAT I CANNOT BEND FOR 2 YEARS NOW BUT HE SAID " THATS NOTHING..ITS ARTHRITIS..THIS DOCTOR MUST RETIRE...!!

I just don't feel that the doctor takes enough time to spend with the patient , he does ask if we have any questions but other doctors are more personable. I know our insurance takes care of the office payment but come on he doesn't even take the time to get to know the patient its like an assembly line .

One of my excellent drs visit. Waited reasonable time, seen, let the dr know about my problem- few questions asked & plan of care done in less than 2 minutes. My favorite part was when Kendall the ortho supervisor came in w the needles , medications & bandages. She listened re my concern that as much as possible lessened the pain/ numb my left & right thumb enough so I will not feel when she inject the meds into my thumbs. It hurts but she did it so nice that I’m so glad for her experience & knowledgeable about her job. She did excellent job. Of course all the staff fr ck in Dept was so nice & professional. Dr Taylor is a very good doctor. His staff is friendly and very helpful with the patients.

Needed to arrive 40 mins early, and still waited in the exam room. Once doc was finished, a long wait for the injections. Tech apologized, stating a number of staff called out. Next time I think I will see Jay, the PAC.

The Assistance’s were very helpful with giving me the injection and finding out about a brace for my wrist.

Yesterday was my first visit with Dr. Arthur Taylor. He was friendly, knowledgeable and helped me. I would not hesitate to seek his help in the future.

Stood by the door for about 40 seconds gave me a referral and sent me on my way. No, information regarding my injury . All exam doors are open and I could hear him dictating other patients personnel information.

3 min visit, he showed lack of interest.

He one of the worst doctors I’ve ever seen he spent exactly five Seconds. And then told me that his nurse will give me a card if I need anything I wouldn’t ever see him if he paid me to see him. I just wish doctors if they don’t want to do their job they need to get out of their field?? I waited two months to get in there what a shame

I received injections in both my hands. They hurt, no need to sugar coat it, but 24 hrs later my hands feel great.

Had to come back downstairs to get an Orthopedic referral, after asking for 2, in the first place.

Dr Taylor is always pleasant, he's very busy, but I appreciate him taking time to discuss my options. He's excellent at what he does!

Dr. Taylor is a very professional and makes you feel comfortable. Recent visit was for trigger finger, cordisone shot corrected the problem. 2013 he performed carpal tunnel surgery in 2013 with no complications. Highly recommend.

My experience with Nevada Orthopedic & Spine Center was a very good one. They were professional all the way. They took every precaution that I could see to keep their patients and staff safe during these trying times. Temps taken before patients were permitted to enter and they asked all the right questions.

It was my 1st visit with Dr. Taylor he listened to my concerns, which I appreciated and then he explained everything to me in a way i understood and explained everything that needed to be done. When i left the office i was well informed and we had a treatment plan in place.

Check made comment about being late but did no realize and accept the fact it took 40 minutes to get to check in. The up side the office manager got ride o it.
