I drove an hr from up north since I came early to arrive at my appointment before 345 which was at 2 due to the weather and traffic conditions. At 345, the woman who called me to come to the room was very understanding and patient, but I didn’t get called till almost 355-4:00. I was waiting for Dr for at least 30-40 minutes since it was almost 5pm, but they could have been finishing up with a patient which is the reason why he took so long. Overall, he was very understanding and patient about my concerns and issue

Dr. O and staff are super friendly and professional. However, their new technology for checking in is awful. You have to do things multiple times. Very irritating for the staff I'm sure
