Waited for 3 weeks to get looks at .Went there knowing I have Dupuytren's Contracture. Was told there was nothing he could do . no treatment plan. No recommendations. Nothing he could do or recommend for pain.

I’ve been a patient for a while called in last week with an issue Dr Weiss had seen me for a couple of months ago. I was experiencing a lot of pain in my wrists scheduled me in the next day. Looking forward to ongoing treatment and surgery in the future.

I would just like to say that this was an excellent experience from start to finish with Dr. Weiss and his team of associates at University Orthopedics. I have to mention the associates that my wife and I had the pleasure of interacting with. I spoke with Ann to make my appointment. We spoke with Tori at check in. We were then called in for the appointment by Kaley. Next we had the pleasure of speaking with Alex. Then Dr. Weiss came in and discussed my condition, make some suggestions, and give me a cortisone shot for my tendonitis. Everyone we spoke with were very friendly, had great personality's, and a no stress attitude which made it very easy to interact with. Dr. Weiss was also great to interact with. He was awesome. The next morning after having a shot for tendonitis, my hand is greatly improved, no pain at all. Bottom line, as I previously stated, this appointment was great. University Orthopedics will always be our go to organization for these type of issues.

A doctor who's a human being, ie, who is present in the moment he's with you, busy as he may be, is a rather rare thing in my experience -- maybe specially in American medicine, sadly! -- and dr. weiss has been such a doctor over half a dozen years I've seen him, as well as EVERYONE in his office every time I've been. I had carpel tunnel surgery on my left hand. Dr. Weiss performed the surgery quickly and professionally. It was done in about 10 minutes and I felt no discomfort or pain. Incision healed nicely and I have a very minimal scar after less than 12 weeks. I developed a trigger thumb as a side effect of my being diabetic and having the surgery. He told me that he needed to give me a cortisone injection in my thumb. This terrified me!!!! He froze my thumb very well and I didn’t even feel the injection. 24 hours later, pain from trigger finger is completely gone. I am able to use my thumb and fingers normally. My thumb still triggers a few times a day; but, I was told that could last for up to 2 weeks. Dr. Weiss is a wonderful doctor and I have complete trust in him.
