Dr. Arley Peter, M.D., completed his medical school at the Federal University of Ceará, Brazil. He went on to complete his internal medicine residency and cardiology fellowship at the University of Miami's Jackson Memorial Hospital.
Born in Brazil, Dr. Peter is fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English. He moved to Vero Beach in 2010, where he chose to raise his family. He is actively involved in the community and has held several leadership roles, including President of the Indian River County Medical Society, Vice Chief of Cardiology at Cleveland Clinic Indian River Medical Center, and Medical Director of the Visiting Nurse Association (VNA). Additionally, he serves as a Professor of Medicine at Florida State University.
In his free time, Dr. Peter enjoys playing tennis, kayaking, and running with his family.
