Dr. Arjun Gururaj, M.D. was raised in New York and Texas, attended Cornell University for his undergraduate studies, and received his medical doctorate from the University of Texas. He completed his training in internal medicine, cardiology, and cardiac electrophysiology at Boston University School of Medicine. Initially remaining on faculty at Boston University, Dr. Gururaj became co-director for cardiac science education for the BU School of Medicine while teaching Fellows the latest techniques in arrhythmia management. Dr. Gururaj is board certified in internal medicine, cardiology, and cardiac electrophysiology.

First time meeting with Dr Gururaj was very welcoming. My wife and daughter were also with me at the visit and he included them in on the plan. Dr Gururaj knew right away what needed to be done and made me feel I couldn’t be in better hands.

Dr. G is always personable and explanatory. I didn’t get the name of the nurse who called me back and did my EKG, but after I cracked a couple of jokes, she relaxed and was delightful as well. The gentleman who checked me in is always friendly and efficient, as was the lady at the window. I was disappointed in the ablation results, but Dr made me feel reassured that there are additional steps we can take to address the A-fib, so I trust him with my ticker.

He’s a sniper with a match grade catheter. One shot, move on to the next case. The man knows his stuff.
