Left my appointment feeling like my issues we re not properly addressed. My normal experience at Savannah Urology is...check in, handed a cup to do a urine, called back and scan is done to check for kidney stone. I was found to have a kidney stone in ER several weeks prior At this visit, urine was done but no scan was done. Urgency and frequency have been an ongoing problem. When I asked provider why am I having such urgency and frequency, response i got was I do not know. I left there being told that I will need to come back in 3 weeks and I would be called to schedule a scan. I was also told that he would hate to schedule surgery and then find out there is no stone. Why was a scan not done that day to find out about the stone and concerns resolved that day. Still having frequency and urgency.
