With more than 15 years of global experience, Dr. Chivukula specializes in advanced, research-based regenerative treatments—including prolotherapy, platelet-rich plasma (PRP), orthobiologics, and precision ultrasound-guided procedures. Her approach focuses on identifying the root cause of pain and creating safe, effective, and individualized treatment plans that speed recovery, restore mobility, and help patients exhaust all non-surgical options.

Originally from India, Dr. Chivukula brings a global perspective to her practice. Dr. Chivukula was great. Willing to have a give and take with an old endurance athlete. Settled on a graduated program that suits the circumstances very well. Highly recommend.
Dr Chivukula is an excellent doctor. She is extremely knowledgeable and takes time to understand what the patient’s concerns are. She is so skilled at giving cortisone injections. I highly recommend Dr Chivukula.
I meant to choose one star but it doesn’t let you change it! I was there for an injection, Referred by another doctor, the doc was running late and I was finally seen after waiting 45 minutes. She didn’t know my chart but refused the injection because she said I was two weeks too early but actually it was one week. Why did they make the appointment for that date. I was there for a full hour and she didn’t nothing except tell me I needed to get radiation treatments at the cancer center! What??? I later read the chart notes where she said she spent a total of 40 minutes in time. I am sure she will bill my insurance for that amount but she did nothing for me in 5 minutes she spent with me, which cost me $40 copay and my shoulder is still in great pain! Will not see this doctor again and would not recommend.

Dr Archana was well informed in diagnosing my symptoms and recommending fixtures through orthopaedics and PT work. She answered all my questions and was overall a good experience.
Really miss her up in Bellingham. She is a jewel, hope her current employers know that.
She explained my condition in detailed yet easy to understand terms and went over all my treatment options in detail, as well. She had recommendations but made it clear that the decision was ultimately mine.
I have been trying to get a proper diagnosis for almost 6 months and she is the first person to do so after multiple visits to multiple doctors thank goodness I finally have a diagnosis thank you !!!
