He actually listens to you and doesn't rush the 15 minutes they are allowed with each patients as I feel is the most important part of a caring doctor is to get to know them and listen and you can't do that in 15 minutes. He's very kind although his nurse is not very friendly and looks at you as if your there lying about your pain and I don't like the rolling of the eyes. I always say thank you to everyone and no I don't expect a your welcome back but that is the professional and respectful thing to do. Everyone else there has been so kind .

Dr Kouser is very nice and explains my medical concerns well. Staff is friendly. Appointment wait time was ten minutes.
