A great Dr who I'm thankful to be his patient he has helped me a great deal with my many health issues. He is a professional at what he does and I highly recommend him to anyone who may need His help.

Very understanding and listens to me

I had an appointment with his nurse practitioner, which apparently had quit and nobody notified me of a change of appointment. I sat on my phone with a telehealth appointment for over one hour. I finally had to call the office and figure this out. This is the second time this has happened to me once with Dr. Couser himself and now his nurse practitioner, which was fantastic so I paid my co-pay for nothing this time around. I’ve had four appointments canceled by his office to me because of circumstances and rescheduling.

Always listens! I only see him every 3 months or so and he knows where we left off at last visit. Where we are now. Where we need to go in my care. Answers all my questions. Takes care of my healthcare needs in regard to rheumatoid arthritis.

1st time patient. He was kind, thorough, explained the tests he wanted to do and why. Most importantly, he listened! Hard to find these days
