Great service
5 stars for ability and 3 for lack of seeming to care who is face down on the table waiting to get an injection. Where has patient care gone, that the doctor doesn’t show up till the patient is prepped and face down, mabe a bit nervous and feeling vulnerable half undressed knowing that needle is going to hurt, and they never see the Doctors face, hear a hello, now don’t move, pain then he’s gone! I want a Doctor who at least seems to care, really care who is getting the procedure, and may want to at least talk to the Doctor before or after. It would do wonders for the Doctor Patient relationship. It’s Not or shouldn’t be just about how fast they can get the patient in and out, Next!!
Incredible care always feel understood and special when I’m there on and above, what’s expected
I had a procedure done today with Dr. Paz and the team at Orthopaedic Specialists, and everything went very smoothly. The procedure was quick, professional, and well organized. Dr. Paz and the staff made me feel comfortable throughout the visit and explained what was going on clearly. I appreciate the care and professionalism from everyone involved. Overall, it was a positive experience.
