I got a call from the doctor’s office asking if I could reschedule my appointment, I agreed to do so. I showed up to my new appointment date and I was asked if I received a call from the office to reschedule my appointment again. I didn’t get a call nor did I get a message. I drove 1 hour and took time off to make it to my appointment to find out the doctor has not in the office. I did get a text message reminding me of my appointment tho. I understand things happen but nobody is going to compensate me for my time

This is a shot factory. Expect to stuck a and flipped off that table in record speed. No place to rest aftrr shot. Dr. has zero compassion. They cattle prod you out the door.

Dr Paz was very professional and took the time to explain all aspects of my condition. He expedited an MRI. I was issued a back brace to stabilize my spine.

Seemed nice enough, I guess, but somewhat patronizing. Did not feel like my questions were taken seriously. Seems like an injection factory. Great if you’re insurance covers most of it - why not - otherwise not convinced it’s worth the money. Not cheap.

Had made the appointment specifically for this day so that my mother could receive an injection. I took the day off of work to do this. We found out once we got there that due to a scheduling issue this could not be done. More than a little frustrating.

I actually saw Dr Paz’s assistant (?LPN) Jen and she, Ken & Gabby were fantastic. I always know I’ll get warm, caring & professional care at Dr Paz’s office.

First time going to this dr. He explained what the cortisone shot does and they will call is a week to see how I’am feeling.

Amanda is great she’s one special person they’re very special she goes into detail and makes it so it’s easy to understand

Prefer to actually see the doctor when I have made an appointment with him - and not a PA. I even called and verified that it would be the doctor whom I was seeing because I didn’t see him for the last appointment either. The recommendation from the young lady I saw was to try EITHER hot or cold compresses on my knee to determine which would help. She also recommended that I see a knee specialist who I’m seeing on August 2nd.

Office staff was extremely pleasant. Everyone that talked with me treated me kindly and respectfully. The procedure was very quick, and I appreciated being "talk through" what was happening. The whole experience was a 10!

Awesome visit! Dr. Paz was very thorough in his care of me and explanation of plan of action to follow. I felt extremely comfortable and confident leaving my spine in his hands. 5 stars all around ! He sat with me before the procedure and put me totally at ease and I left the office no longer limping well informed of what to expect next and what i could and should not do. Dr. Paz is very professional and very knowledgeable. He was able to get my cortisone shot where it needed to be (the first doctor couldn’t). He’s friendly and is pretty good at letting you know what he’s doing and what the results should be. I definitely got the sense that he’s done this a lot, so he’s a little “hasty” to get the job done. NOT sloppy or careless! It was just that he didn’t really start telling me what he was doing until he was almost done. He did make sympathetic noises when I said bad words when what he was doing hurt. The numbing shots are actually worse than the actual cortisone shot. Overall, I trust him to be sticking needles in my back and will definitely see him again if I ever need it done again.

Straightforward, compassionate, competent. What more would anyone ask of their doctor?
