Spent way too long in waiting room.

Never gave me a reason to keep coming after he said it was all healed. Had scheduled extra tests and when I cancelled , no one to explain why I would need them. After 3 hours of waiting and knowing once I got back to drs area it would be another 40 mins to an hour for me to see dr that would say it all looked good. After 3 hours I walked out without seeing Dr and will not return.

My only complaint is the wait time. I was there over two hours but was hearing some patients say they were there over three. Not sure if they saw Dr. Aragon.

He's so personable, friendly, & knowledgeable! He seems to always be in a good mood! He will be very candid & matter of fact with you. If you want to be babyed, he's probably not for you. He fights the insurance companies on behalf of tge best treatment for his patients! Easily one of the best doctors that I have ever seen in my 50 years on this earth!

Excellent staff for the 2 injections this week, as always. Set a record today. About 20 minutes from appointment time until I was bac in the car.

I never got to see the doctor because his "tech" insisted that I do a test that was very painful to the eye he's not treating. I have a specialist in Dallas treating the painful eye which is painful because it has cancer in it and I'm currently doing chemo eye drops for. It's very irritated, constant watering, and painful. This tech was a jerk. He lied to me when asked specific questions. I really like Dr. Aragon and he did a great job on my non-cancer eye. So why would this tech act rudely to me? He acted like I was malingering. People are treated like cattle.
