He's getting me through this
Very nice Doctor
Two stars because Dr thompkins is kind and seems very knowledgeable. However. I had to wait forty minutes for my appointment, which honestly I wouldn’t mind if I felt my appointment was worth it. My appointment lasted about 3 minutes. I didn’t feel that my concerns were addressed and no explanations were given. I felt very rushed and just like another number, not a person. I felt my appointment was a waste of time and after three appointments I still don’t really understand what is going on. I do feel he correctly diagnosed me and I agree with the treatment plan. I just really wish that I could be given a better understanding of what’s going on. As someone who gets nervous at the doctor, it put too much pressure on me and I felt like I had to rapid fire ask my questions or he would just leave. I actually cried in the parking lot I was so upset.
Always gives you his total attention, and a very caring dr.the best spine an neck dr i ever went to
Dr Thompkins went above and beyond on helping me. He helped me until he figured out all the options and didn't stop until he knew what to n do. Will go back to him and look no further.
Doc has always been willing to help and find the least intrusive way to treatment
Dr Thompkins is the best. Unfortunately I have a horrible spine and he fixes me each time. He has the best attitude and friendliness which carries over to his great team. I can always count on Dr Thompkins to be at his best for me.
Great surgeon , compassionate and caring
I was very happy with Dr. Thompkins. He was professional, kind, and was willing to explain things well. My daughter and I both went to him, and we both liked him. I would highly recommend him to my family. Lakeshore Bone and Joint never disappoints!
He’s the best. He listens to and helps me understand things I’m concerned about
