Excellent visit. I went in to get options for managing hand and wrist arthritis pain. I wasn't seeking pain meds and he wasn't pushing them nor was he critical of my prescriptions from my pain management clinic. He listened to me with feedback and asked questions with a genuine interest in my response. I'm disability retired but try to stay busy and Dr Massoll acknowledged that. Only after gathering all the facts did he prescribe a medicine that he acknowledged may or may not help. Bottom line: arthritis isn't reversible but Dr Massoll is working with me to help me stay active and not trying to sell me on a procedure that would further limit my abilities. He is very professional in his approach while still being kind, courteous, and friendly. I feel like he's one of those doctors that, if he can't help me, would try to point me in the right direction of someone else.
