I like this guy he made my visit fun

Dr. Anthony Mascioli was very kind, professional, patient, informative, and provided a display of empathy.

It's bedside manners were not acceptable. He came in as though someone was disturbing him. Attitude was terrible.

I saw Dr Mascioli this morning and was in and out of there in less than 45 minutes. He listened, told me what was wrong, provided treatment and answered any questions I had.

I really really like Dr. Mascoli. Straight to the point and takes care of your problem and gives you the options that are available. Taking into consideration, least invasive option. Friendly and smiles a lot .

Dr. Anthony took care of my painful shoulder. No more pain, slept thru the night and woke up with no pain. He was very friendly and funny. I felt very comfortable around him and my husband liked him too.

"You'd have to research that yourself." I went in for an exam on the possible arthritis on my hand because it runs in my family. My hand is showing signs of it. He IMMEDIATELY told me that he would just put me on a med every day. I asked if there were any diet or lifestyle changes I could make to treat the problem, not just mask it with a med. His arrogant response was, "You'd have to research that yourself." Maybe he would have spent more time if I was a surgical candidate and could have made the office some money. I guess he doesn't care about preventing/slowing the issue. Nothing like paying a doctor's office to be told to do your own research. Will never recommend him to anyone.

Seems nice, but very gruff and quick. Did ask if I had questions so that is good.

Bedside manners were awful. Does not give detail about issue, very high level and doesn’t stick around for you to ask questions. As a parent, he did not engage with me directly about son’s care and he did not make us feel comfortable when entering the room, no people skills, he did not speak when entering the room and very firm demeanor. It felt very uncomfortable. and I had to redirect the discussion for him to talk to me.

I have been to many doctors in my life but never one as cold as him. He did not care what I had to say, and pawned me off on PT and scheduled a follow up. He acted like he could care less what I have to say or what I want for my care. I did not come in today just to leave with zero answers and no plan to get answers. I would like to know what is wrong with my shoulder as soon as possible, not in 6 weeks or longer when the therapy doesn’t fix it.

Mascioli had terrible bedside manner. He was in the room with me for MAYBE two whole minutes. He didn’t even go over the xrays with me. He just brushed it off as needing a steroid pack and physical therapy. Couldn’t even tell you what I need physical therapy for because he didn’t even take the time to figure out what was causing the pain I’m having. Absolutely will NOT be back to see him.

Have seen several times and each time, he has been this way but still...makes you feel like you are unimportant and has no time for you. In and out, quick as can be. Has no "bedside manner" whatsoever. Did not even look at my knee or ask questions because I was there for a shot and Rx. I understand being professional, but when I asked about a follow-up test for my knee, he cut me off with "you don't need it" before I could explain I wanted it to compare de-genration with test early last year. Gave shot and left in about 2 min. Nurse had to keep wiping my bleeding knee...If I cannot see anyone else in the future, I may be going elsewhere.

Doctor was not engaging. He did not really ask me any questions about my injury. He told me I sprained a muscle, (I knew that already, that’s why I scheduled an appointment) he didn’t provide me with any information of what muscle that may have been. He provides no information or tips that I could do at home for comfort or rehabilitation. He did provide steroids and PT but no explanation of the healing or recovery process. Did not ask to see if a small dose of muscle relaxers was needed or if it would be beneficial or not. I have never had an appointment with a physician like that before. I’m not sure if it is because of the type of insurance I have, or if he may have been extremely busy, or having a rough day but I did not feel like a valued patient.

Dr. Mascioli changed my life 7 years ago when he performed a total knee replacement AND straightened my left knee. I had lived the majority of my life with an extremely "knocked knee" and the ridicule & embarrassment that went along with it. I had a rotator cuff tear and my surgery went well. I went through 12 weeks of therapy.

He's an amazing dr. And was very good

He took all of 5 minutes with me. When I mentioned my spinal rods he left for maybe 30 seconds to check my x-rays and said they were fine. I don’t feel like he listened to much of what I had to say and was just ready to move to the next patient.

I am a RN. I understand chaotic scheduling and demands the profession put on him;however, to not speak when spoken to. I said hello and asked how his day was. He not one looked at me in the face, never even addressed I existed, and never I formed about what he was about to do. No side effects, no precautions, NOT EVEN TAKE CARE. ALL I got was "You're done" and he walked out. Never a smile. NEVER A TOUCH OF KINDNESS OR INQUIRY AS TO HOWBI WAS FEELING. (Andd I was very nervous since I had never had this type of injection before. I am very disappointed in this. I LOVE CAMPBELL'S CLINC. I HAVE MADE REFERRALS TO FRIENDS AND MY DAUGHTER IS A PATIENT AS WELK AS I HAVE HAS A HIP AND BACK SURGERY HERE. I AM VERY HURT that I encountered the MD. IFNI EVER HAVE TO HAVE HIM AGAIN I WILL CANCEL.

He seemed to be in a hurry. Basically told another patient that nothing was wrong her back and he didn’t do backs! Very confusing because he told me what was wrong with my back.

And, his nurse practitioner is a jewel. His staff is super efficient while making you feel comforted.

I left feeling like I wasn’t seen by a Doctor. The initial entrance was off setting with how he inquired about my injury. He was very quick and seem like it was a minute in my exam room.

Very unfriendly. Makes you feel like you shouldn’t be bothering him. I have two other physicians at Campbell Clinic who are great doctors. I have another appointment scheduled with him in two weeks…. I’m definitely changing doctors.

Best doctor ever

Seems to know his stuff but was very abrupt in his mannerisms. When he touched the wounded area without speaking beforehand and caused a lot of pain, all he said was I was getting a shot there. He left. He came back to give the shot, Told me to come back in 6 weeks. Boom. Gone. Guess I expected a little more, “Hey. How are you?” feeling instead of “How can I get you out of here quicker?” feeling. Shot worked. I’m thankful, just felt really rushed and impersonal.

Seen dr for f/u from mri to get results and I still don’t know results he has no bedside manners as a dr and to suggest surgery and no explanation and then vanished from room with no return assistance gave card and said make f/u when pt can walk . I heard he was good nut short and to the point but as a parent i had questions that was not answered but was ignored when asking for mri results.

Went as fast as he could. No bedside manners. No kindness. No compassion.

He made me feel like I was a number and that my injury wasn't worth enough money to deal with me. I never have had anyone make me feel the way he did. I have no desire to ever see him again and I will not recommend him at ALL.

After shoulder X-ray he proscribed ibuprofen I was skeptical but it worked.

Very impersonal bad bed side manner. Didn't answer questions or care my child was in pain. Just insisted she have an MRI then scheduled it a week out

He took a wreck of a knee and made me walk without a limp and no pain since. Great Surgeon, Physician, and advisor.

I feel like just a number on a chart. He was in and out of the room so fast, when i still had questions. He did have to come back and give me a shot and i got to ask him some questions then, so i will rate 2 start instead of 1 but it was still so rushed. And on this day I don't think they're running behind because they're isn't a lot of people here that I can see, unless there all in rooms. But if I have to come back to Campbell's Clinic i won't be seeing him. Actually while im typing this in the parking lot, i see him getting into his truck and leaving, guess he has personally things going on.

This provider, was one of the most detached physicians I have ever met. He quickly went in to tell me what was my MRI result and then listed percentages and symptoms I could have without any regard to what I was trying to say. He was quite rude and approached me as if I was ignorant and did not know what I was talking about or feeling.

He was a shoulder and bone doctor and I told the operator I needed a hip doctor. Now I have to go back on Thursday to see the hip doctor. $20.00 fees come out of my pocket or now a total of $40. He gave me 1/2 Cordisone shot or 40 units - I certainly hope my bill reflects this half shot!

Second shoulder surgery and he did a great job on each shoulder.

I'm sure he's a good doctor, but his bedside manner sucks. He came into the room without a mask, which surprised me due to everyone else being masked and I was required to have one. He was curt and almost unfriendly. He seemed totally disinterested and preoccupied. It was as if he felt like he HAD to be there and therefore would make the best of it. He was quick and efficient but seemed put out that I wanted to ask questions. There was no compassion or empathy. I hope it was just that he was having a bad day, but, I would change doctors if I could and may look into it.
