Dr. Anthony Sussman received his undergraduate degree from Wake Forest University and completed medical school at the Medical College of Georgia. Dr. Sussman completed his surgical residency at Memorial University Medical Center and his vascular surgery fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. He established the Savannah Vascular Institute in 1994. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a member of the Medical Association of Georgia.

Refreshing and very informative!
My mom had the absolute best visit/evaluation with Dr Sussman. He took the time to explain, indepth, using language that was easily understood, his assessment of her problems and how she should proceed. He took time to ask pertinent and thoughtful questions and listened to her responses. We learned more about her health and how different aspects of her day-to-day living and choices impact her health, mobility and pain in one visit with Dr Sussman than we have with multiple visits to PCPs and orthopaedists. Dr Sussman is the doctor every patient hopes to find and that we all deserve!!!
Dr. Sussman is the greatest. He really cares and is the ultimate in a fine doctor.
