I usually don’t leave reviews but my visit today with Dr. Sussman was great and his staff was so pleasant. There was no wait time at all, which I can appreciate. He came in and asked questions, listened to my concerns, and made recommendations. I appreciate him taking the time to listen and address the issue I came in for. Dr Sussman and his staff are awesome!

This was my first time coming to the institute. Dr. Sussman is an excellent doctor. He took his time to explain what was going on with my body. He gave me the tools to get back on track. Dr. Sussman is very personable, he has outstanding bedside manners. When I was in his office I didn't feel rushed.I wish all of my doctors were like him.

Patient; explains things so patient can understand

Dr.Sussman is a superior physician. When I developed corroded artery issues, I saught him out. Through examination and guidance my condition has been cleared up. He is great with patients and he walks the talk for good health. Thank you!

After waiting to see Dr.Sussman in an examination room for well over an hour ,l stepped into the hallway, asked a staff member if they had forgotten me, I was told just a few more minutes. After twenty minutes, I walked out and went home. No one seemed to notice I was leaving. This is the 2nd time I was subjected to this lapse in unacceptable treatment. I have been under Dr.Sussman’s care for over 6 years. He is a caring and knowledgeable physician. The staff needs much needed training in triage care of patients. I can’t endure their lack of empathy that ultimately reflects poorly on the entire practice.

Dr. Sussman is one of the best doctors that I have ever seen. He is very thorough and doesn't rush through the appointment. You can tell that he truly cares about your well-being.
