Dr. Cox (Tony) was friendly & competent. His young staff were good & responded quickly to?s/concerns. I left with a good idea of what eye problems he found & what solutions he planned I left with a confidence sense of what was needed & what would be done next.

I had a few snarky answers when I was asking him what I could do about my close-up vision.
He must’ve been having a bad day because he didn’t seem the same from what I remember year after year

I really hated meeting with him. He was so rude and disrespectful. Didn’t say hello or introduce himself. Didn’t explain what he was doing or ask me many (if any questions). He seemed like he was annoyed that I was there. Very dismissive of my concerns. Rushed out.

I have seen Dr. Kokx for 4 years, but on this visit he was rude and very impatient. I tried to explain about the medication he had recommended which made me very sick for all 3 months I took it, but he brushed it aside, I’m thinking of going to another eye doctor.

Dr. Kokx worked relentlessly to rectify high pressure in my right eye after cataract surgery. His dedicated efforts made the difference in my eye beginning to heal (complicated by diabetes interference), which his treatments. successfully addressed. Dr. Kokx’s careful diagnosing and corresponding treatment resulted in pressures subsiding to normal levels. To my relief and gratefulness for his expertise and care manner in meeting this challenge, I am thankful he prevailed and helped me with a gentle and positive demeanor for my sense of well being. Thank you, Dr. Kokx.

Just getting started to have my cataracts removed by Dr. Koke. Everyone in the office has been very open, friendly, and professional. Everything was explained in great detail and we were offered good information to be able to make educated decisions on the options Dr Koke offered us. So far so good!
