Two and a half weeks ago I had an appointment with Dr. Dorsey. Everything seemed okay until he said he was going to put me on a new medication, that medication never got called in. I contacted the office they said "there are no notes in the system". So basically I paid for nothing! My visit that day was $400 out of pocket and I received time wasted! Not a great first impression 😔

Dr. Dorsey is a good Heart Specialist that takes time to listen and assist with all your concerns .

Dr. Dorsey went over everything with me and answered any questions I had. He didn't act like he was in a hurry to get you in and out. He to the time to explain things and the steps that would be taken to figure out what is going on with my health.

Appointments were running Extremely late and staff didn’t think it was necessary to mention nor the fact that the entrance to hospital/clinic had changed. Dr had no interest in listening to my concerns about my health condition only in stating what he had planned and not bothering to explain his course of action or any alternatives. Visit with home was under 15 minutes , I wouldn’t be back, this is what is wrong with our health care system, lack of concern, lack of informing or discussing my health care route, thinking that I don’t need to know just do what I say and it’s the only way. Did he look at my past health record, nope. Nurse who took my blood pressure should be in another line of work, she told me if I didn’t calm my heart down while she was asking questions about stressful things in my life stating they would send me to the ER, threatening me. Wow, Horrible experience, just horrible!!!

The doctor I met with was Dr. Dorsey - Friendly, compassionate, scientifically intelligent, ask the right questions that you maybe didn’t think of or forgot about, and the plan of care is get you well. The front desk staff when you step to the window, have a nice friendly WLCOMEING smile. They waste no time and getting your name and information making sure everything is updated from that point. They get you in and out. It is refreshing once you checked in, and you’re directed to each one of your post for exam. They are nice , Courteous and have a Nice tone of voice. And how nice you are properly dismissed after everything is medically finished you passed this window before accident, and it’s like they’re sitting there smiling at you stop by and exit from there securely, amen. AZ.

Dr. Dorsey is an excellent Cardiologist. He spends time explaining information and heart medicines which may be recommended for the wellbeing of patients.

I appreciate the time and attention Dr. Dorsey gives to my heart ❤️ health care. His input is keeping my heart working as it should. God bless Dr. Dorsey.
