Dr. Bozzio met with me to clarify informaion on my upcoming lower lumbar surgery 3 weeks before surgery. He answered and clarified my research that I had done on various information. I feel much better about going into surgery and the hopeful outcome and recovery infromation desired.

It's so sad that I was not able to personal 'see' who Dr. Bozzio is without our masks, but respect the Covid-19 rules. He was very professional, took some time to explain my situation and referred me to a specialist in Grand Rapids for surgery. I wish I would have not been so stunned and re-asked him to explain my condition but I'll find that out when visiting the surgeon in Grand Rapids shortly.

All good! To improve could maybe have the doctor spend a few more minutes asking questions or verbally reviewing the responses given to the nurse so any patient concerns have a chance to emerge more fully since some people take awhile to warm up. But otherwise high marks!
