Dr. Bozzio did a great job on my back surgery. He truly changed my life by fixing my herniated disc. His bedside manner was great and his assistant won was also very professional.

It's so sad that I was not able to personal 'see' who Dr. Bozzio is without our masks, but respect the Covid-19 rules. He was very professional, took some time to explain my situation and referred me to a specialist in Grand Rapids for surgery. I wish I would have not been so stunned and re-asked him to explain my condition but I'll find that out when visiting the surgeon in Grand Rapids shortly.

All good! To improve could maybe have the doctor spend a few more minutes asking questions or verbally reviewing the responses given to the nurse so any patient concerns have a chance to emerge more fully since some people take awhile to warm up. But otherwise high marks!

Dr. Bozzio and his nurse Julie are excellent, but considerable confusion about the purpose of the appointment and some X-rays that aggravated the injury he is treating before I got to the exam room.
