What I liked about my visit was the medical details the doctor bothered to give me about my knee problems. Although I try to read up on the various medical difficulties I have (usually from the Mayo Clinic site), I did not know that my knee difficulties were most likely genetic. It is very useful to have an informative doctor.

Dr Boniello , took his time before surgery to discuss my health issues and risk’s before undergoing this procedure. I’m glad we decided to go forward with the surgery. Dr. Boniello completed his undergraduate degree in Physics and Engineering at Washington & Lee University. He graduated from Jefferson Medical College in 2015 in Philadelphia.
He subsequently began his orthopaedic surgery residency at Hahnemann/Drexel before returning to the Jefferson family for his chief year of residency. Dr. Boniello completed a fellowship in Adult Reconstruction at Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush. He is particularly interested in applying his background in mechanical engineering to the study of material sciences and the design of arthroplasty components.
