In my most recent exam with Dr. Barrada, I found him to be exceptionally thorough in advising me of how I should go forward at age 81.5 with testing. He did not rush me when I voiced concerns about an older sibling having recently been diagnosed with an external rectal cancer and how in fact that would impact me and my decision to proceed with a colonoscopy vs. ColorGuard. As a result, I do feel confident with my decision between the two procedures.
His attentiveness to those concerns underscores my opinion that in all the years I have been his patient, I have been served with the VERY BEST of doctors in this chosen field of medicine in Rochester and I remain forever grateful!

Unfortunately I felt most of the procedure and was very uncomfortable. Usually the sedation worked better in the past. Staff was great!
