I believe basic part of clinical examination is inspection. I knees is bothering me a lot, can’t do shopping. Dr. Gonzales just check my knees while wearing my pants, I don’t know how he can check if my knees are swollen. Also I asked him to fill the forms to get temporary handicapped placard. He stated he doesn’t fill these forms and I can ask my primary care physician to do this. I don’t know how my PCP will fill these forms. You are the doctor who ordered the x rays and diagnosed severe osteoarthritis
