She listened, asked questions regarding my concerns and offered her professional advice. l feel very confident that I have found a wonderful doctor who truly cares about me as, a patient. I had a great physician previously and to find another that I can trust fully is remarkable.
The follow through regarding my specific treatment has been 100 percent.

Dr. Maly was extremely thorough about considering the entire constellaition of weird skin issues i brought to her for treatment and carefully considered all the tools in her toolbox before recommending an option to meet my goal for the visit. Winding Waters is lucky to have such a careful and knowledgeable expert available to patients in Wallowa County.

I have been receiving care from Dr. Annika for years now. I realized recently that I do not have the anxiety I used to experience prior to or during a doctor visit! I absolutely know I am safe; I am exceedingly grateful for that, and it's great for my health and well-being!!

Throughout her high school and college years, she continued to have experiences that drew her towards medicine. Dr. Maly earned her bachelor’s degree in Government and Health Policy at Harvard University. She continued on to Medical school at Oregon Health and Science University with a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology. Dr. Maly found a home in Wallowa County after her residency and now provides many services including women’s health care, obstetrics, newborn/well child care, Accutane treatment, trigger point injections for musculoskeletal issues, home visits, and end of life care for the community and visitors alike. She is inspired by the unique relationships and stories she encounters in her patients’ lives. When she’s not working Dr. Maly enjoys spending time with her two year old, cooking, reading, and knitting. When she’s able to get outside she loves to run, hike, and ski.
