Annette and her staff was intelligent and knowledgeable of their work, also polite, understanding caring with beyond their means they make me feel comfortable and at ease. I was completely confident in them very satisfied.

My appointment was for 1:00 and was told to arrive at 12:30 which I did. I was there for more than an hour before I was seen by a tech who took my vitals. It was sometime after that that I was seen. I felt that after that that I was rushed through without a comprehensive exam. Additional some of the other techs were routy and annoying to myself and other patients in the waiting room. This was a very unprofessional environment. I hope this helps to improve the patient experience. Thank you. Additionally the parking lot instructions given to me were wrong and caused unnecessary anxiety in finding the location of the office.
