I've waited for this appointment a long time, then I waited& waited for someone to take me back for a few tests. Then I was escorted to the waiting room again, & again I waited & waited again for someone else to do more tests. After the tests I waited again to see her. I spent more time in the waiting room! Once I saw her - it was in & out. She explained a couple of things very quickly. I'm probably going to look for a new dr.

The doctor zoomed in and out and was so fast that I couldn’t even remember what I was diagnosed with. She did take some time to show me pictures of my eye which I appreciated. But I didn’t get much education on my new diagnosis.

Waiting time was around 45 minutes. Please try to reduce the waiting time as we all are professionals in our field and should respect each other time.

She was helpful and explained things well and kind. The wait was unbelievable as even though there was testing the whole thing was almost 2 hours long. But other than that, very good.
