I waited over an hour to see this provider. It screwed up other plans that I had. Additional time for my consult and alao a second blood draw. Provider never apologized and appeared slightly irritated when I questioned if it had been a rough morning. She'd answered, "yes and I have lots of patients to see after you!" I hadn't seen her for 6mos and I had some concerns that had developed.
I'd asked her nurse if they'd had a rough morning and she stated, "we've been very busy, all the snowbirds want to get in!" I couldn't help but wonder why the snowbirds had to cause the rest of us getting shortchanged.
