As a patient, it is incredibly important to me to know that my feedback is taken seriously. Dr. Fermin listens, informs, and works with you in putting together a plan of treatment. She is the standard doctors should strive to achieve.

Doctor was not respectful, Found her to be combative and said things that were borderline inappropriate and unprofessional. Anyone can have an off day, but that’s not really something you want to experience at a doctor’s office. And the office was not at all prepared, but instead of postponing the appointment so they would be better prepared, both the doctor and her staff complained — to me, the patient— that it was our primary doctor’s fault for not sending them information that they needed— even though they admitted to only calling 1 day before the visit. Will definitely not be going back. The woman at the front desk, however, was absolutely lovely — a real pleasure to talk to and work with, and very warm and friendly. It’s a shame that pleasant first experience at this office ended at the front desk.
