Excellent service . Dr. Kanaan is very caring and listens to all my concerns. Dr. Kanaan is never in a rush, she takes her time with het patients.

It's wonderful to have a doctor that really listens!!

Dr Kanaan did not seem to have compassion or tact while communicating a sensitive topic. It did not encourage open communication to express further concerns or questions.

Dr. Kanaan took her time to explain the treatment plan and side effects to medications prescribed.

Dr. Kanaan is good but I felt that she was rushing. I felt bad for the tech person following her since she was the one putting all the feedback of Dr. Kanaan. It was supposed to be a wellness physical but I have been with other doctors that did more than Dr. Kanaan. I am still waiting for my refills on some of my medications. If I don't hear from the pharmacy by this weekend, I have no choice but to call Dr. Kanaan.

Did not access me at all through the visit. Did not look in my throat or listen to breathing after informing her of cough, sore throat and shortness of breath. Doctor sat across the room the entire visit and asked what i wanted to do about it and informed me that testing would be expensive and prescribed antibiotics with no signs of infection. Absolute worst visit and waste of time and money and am still sick with no answer of what it is.

Dr. Kanaan is an exceptional doctor. I have seen her for many years and she has always taken the time to really listen and address any issues that I might be experiencing. She is thoughtful and kind. She is truly an asset to your organization!

I am dark skinned and as soon as the doctor walked in, she stated “how much English do you know?”. I found that to be so rude and offensive. Then she continued to state that I should learn Spanish… I was in shock. She made me feel unwelcome and like she couldn’t care less about her patient. Never seeing her again. So rude.

It was our first visit. She was kind courteous and professional. The whole office atmosphere was this way. My family had a pleasant experience.
