She received her medical degree through the United States Air Force Medical School training program and completed her residency and military medical service with assignments in Maryland, Mississippi, Texas, and Germany. She served as a Flight Surgeon in the U.S. Air Force, gaining advanced experience in aviation medicine, including a flight on NASA’s Zero-G aircraft. Dr. Bell went on to practice Otolaryngology in private ENT settings across Wisconsin, Iowa, and Minnesota and completed her tenure at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. She is board-certified in Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery and is active in both medical and surgical management of ear, nose, and throat disorders, including sinus disease, hearing loss, and allergy-related conditions.
A wonderful and thorough doctor. She communicates very well and was a joy to meet. Very knowledgeable and compassionate too.
I’ve only had my initial consult so far, but Ann was very helpful, professional, listened, was very interested in what I had to say and what I’ve been going through. She was knowledgeable and explained anything I had a question about very well.
