His office screwed up my previous MRI appointment. He. Never asked me about any additional concerns I might have. He left the room so quickly like he had to be somewhere else. I mentioned to his assistant the fact that he seemed to be in a hurry.

Haven't walked this well in over 30 yrs. Dr Shaw did a marvelous job replacing both of my knees. I don't think it could get any better...

The doctor addressed my concerns and gave individualized opinion, based on my circumstances. The only problem was as that he visited with me only after having my appointment conducted by a PA, who was not nearly as interested in proving personalized communication

Twice now his fine professional skill has save my life - first, by surgically stabilizing my femur that was being eaten by myeloma, and, this time, by discovering osteomyelitis at the site of a bone marrow biopsy performed by a cancer center. He is very easy to work with and very patient and informative I know full-well of his excellent reputation among his peers at TGH-and I can positively say that fine reputation is warranted. I have also had Dr. Watson treat me for these issue. Together, in my opinion, I have two of the finest osteopathic doctors anywhere! Thank you Dr. Shah and Dr. Watson!

I kept my important 3 week surgery follow-up appt transported in a wheelchair van from an ALF even though on this day mandatory Hurricane Ian evacuation was happening. Even now I still can't bear weight on the operated left leg and I needed to discuss this with Dr. Shah. A nurse(?) removed sutures.Then a PA was sent in to see me. I asked to speak to the doctor who operated. Dr Shah explained there was an important emergency calling him away and ordered staff to x-ray my hip. I was appalled when the staff could not perform the task and I was sent away to request my own x-ray back at the facility. Such discomfort and poor performance was dissapointing.They just sent me out into the hurricane unable to stand up and with no diagnositic image and no consult with an MD. Except for suture removal I was not served. I was loaded back into the wheelchair transport van feeling I was given a medical "brush-off". Most of your "zone 1" staff were completely unsympathetic.

Dr. Shah was very interested in my problem and listened to the description of my problem. He fully explained the treatment and what I was to expect. I really enjoyed my visit.

I would like to have more information sent to me by email or mail regarding the removal of screws in ankle and knee. Whether I would be able to drive home afterwards and how long for removal of stitches, etc.

All i can say is Dr.Shau is an amazing human being not only has a doctor but has a person he shows so much compassion and dedication to his patients that words cannot describe in words!! I had a horrific ankle break that disabled me for life and Dr.Shau has been there for the past 3 years every step of the way and i know for fact he will get me to walk and live normal again...i thank god that day Dr.shau was oncall and Brandon reginal hospital and was there to save my leg.. god bless you dr.shau your hands truly do work miracles!! Dr. Shah is an excellent clinician who is thorough in his examinations and in his workup in addition to giving concise and easy to understand explanations of the patients problems.

I never met Dr. Anjan Shah, just his physician's assistant, so I can 't rate him. But his PA was knowledgeable about the new arthritic bone growth which was probably the cause of the pain I have been experiencing. The PA was a bit confused by the fact that the the X-ray technician mislabeled which leg in the X-ray was the right leg. I was the one who pointed that out. And I had to ask her to go and confirm it with the X-ray technician.

When told I needed a hip replacement, he wanted to schedule surgery. When he saw my face fall at prospect, we agreed to meet again in a month to discuss. He got up, left the room, did not ask if I had questions, which I did. He spent less than 3 min. with me. I have heard Florida orthopedics allows doctors 7 min. Per patient. Not sure if true, but seems likely.

DR Shah explained everything, walked me through all options, and handled my broken tibia consult, my situation was a trauma matter that required urgent surgery (broken tibia plateau) although he could not perform the surgery right then he called TGH and was able to prep them for what was coming. I had the surgery under DR Mir team at TGH. I l trusted DR Shan and only met him that day.

This was my.first visit, I found Dr. Shah very personable and listened to my concerns. He seemed engaged in his job. I did not have to wait long either at my appointment to be seen

In a horrific fall, I broke and shattered my femur. I feared that being older I would never be able to have the use of my leg. Thsnks to Dr. Shah being an awesome surgeon, I can tell you I'm already going up and down steps. I'm recovery much faster than I ever thought I would. He is a true blessing.

Dr Shah is a wonderful surgeon. He explained with great detail and care what would happen during the procedure our son had. Afterwards, he and his staff were lovely and our son had a quick and successful recovery. What a blessing we were given when we were placed in his care.

One staff member told me that “he is the best” when I mentioned to her he seems he would be a nice doctor to work for during my first office visit. Now I know why they feel that way about him!! ????

Dr Shah was wonderful prior to surgery. He took time to explain what to expect, was patient and attentive. I felt completely reassured that he was more than competent and I was safe in his hands.

Dr. Shah makes himself available, answering questions to ensure that not only are you involved but that you know what is going on and are as comfortable as you can be in this situation. Hope I get a questionnaire after surgery so that I can see if the follow up care is as good. Jennifer is excellent as well.
