For the first time visiting this doctor, we waited about an hour to get a x-ray of the knee. Secondly, once we got in to see the doctor that we made the appointment for he wasn’t there. His nurse practitioner is the one who provide the services. I just believe that if you make an initial appointment to see a doctor, you should see the doctor not his nurse practitioner. That is a big turn off. She was great. She wasn’t rude, but we would’ve actually like to see the person that we made the appointment with.
