Following his head and neck surgery residency at Case Western Reserve University, he completed an elite fellowship in Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Washington.

Dr. Anish Abrol, M.D., is an otolaryngologist at Ear, Nose & Throat Consultants. Born and raised in Flint, Michigan, Dr. Abrol developed an early fascination with medicine and the science behind healing. He earned his undergraduate degree in Neuroscience from the University of Michigan before completing his medical education atWayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit. It was during medical school that he discovered a passion for otolaryngology and the unique opportunity to combine surgical precision with meaningful improvements in patients’ quality of life.
Dr. Abrol completed his residency in Otolaryngology–Head & Neck Surgery at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. During his residency, he held several leadership positions within the Department of Otolaryngology and Graduate Medical Education programs and served as a resident liaison to the American Academy of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery. These experiences helped shape his collaborative, patient-centered approach to care while fostering his commitment to clinical excellence and innovation.
Inspired by the transformative impact of facial plastic surgery, Dr. Abrol pursued an additional year of specialized fellowship training in Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Washington in Seattle. There, he received advanced training in both cosmetic enhancement and complex facial reconstruction, working alongside leaders in the field to refine techniques that restore both appearance and function.
Following fellowship, Dr. Abrol joined a multidisciplinary facial plastics practice in Austin, Texas, where he provided comprehensive cosmetic and reconstructive facial surgery care. During his time in Texas, he further developed expertise in facial rejuvenation, cosmetic and functional rhinoplasty, facial trauma reconstruction, and skin cancer reconstruction while caring for a diverse patient population. His experience in a high-volume facial plastics practice strengthened his commitment to individualized treatment plans and natural-looking outcomes tailored to each patient's goals.
