The doctor was great. Very nice & really seemed to care about my concerns. I give Dr Vedula a 5star but I had to wait almost an hour after my appointment time to be seen. I’ve heard that is usual for this office by other patients I know.

Dr. Vedula is very knowledgeable and experienced in laser lens replacement surgery. I don’t think all options were discussed with me about my cataract as his expertise is laser. Is a “wait and see” approach a possibility? What level

i LIKED THAT YOUR OFFICE PERSONNEL IS NOT SOLELY MADE UP OF RECENT HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATES WHO LOOK AT SENIOR CITIZENS AS IF THEY WERE INCOMPREHENSIBLE.

Probably the most thorough exam I’ve ever had. Dr Vedula was extremely kind, caring and professional. He took his time explaining everything. He is an excellent ophthalmologist and I would highly recommend him. The office staff was wonderful. Overall perfect.

Happy with the staff and doctor. Only issue I faced was that an image was taken of my eye and it was billed to my insurance using the wrong code so(diagnostic vs routine) I ended up receiving a bill. An annual eye exam should have had nothing additional besides my copay as has been for me in the past 23 yrs. I am still trying to resolve the issue.

They take to long to call you Sped hours in that office

I won't change Dr Vedula for any other doctor. I consider that the staff had something to do with practically all patients who's appointments were later than mine went ahead of me. I was the last patient out. I was going to personally complain with management on my next visit.

From day one, Dr Vedula's main concern has been the health of my eyes & what he can do to help me ( as opposed to other doctors I have visited whose main concern appeared to be the amount of money to charge).

Took my son in. I asked to be in with him when the Dr comes. Im still waiting. I was later told he was busy.
