The Best!!!
Great
Dr. Vedula is amazing and so is the office staff. The central office is horrible and didn’t even have the courtesy to respond to multiple messages requesting a prescription be sent to Bascolm Palmer for my serum tears. I wound up being without my medication for three weeks which caused a big problem with my eyes that the doctor is dealing with now. If I didn’t like Dr. Vedula so much I would not stay with this practice.
Friendly, caring, and easy to talk to, professional but not condensed. my aunt felt very comfortable and felt that she was being listened
People were great, but long wait in freezing surgery became uncomfortable. Maybe invest in a few blankets
He was really great. Explained everything and gave me new glaucoma drops that don’t burn my eyes, what a difference! Thanks
Friendly and Informative
