Today was mines and my husbands visit and the experience was the best in class , DR.Pinto is the best , and the staff as well we drove 4-5hrs to come here and it was worth it !!
Felt very judged, the minute we walked into this office. They use very old methods and he highly bragged about his expertise. I felt very dissatisfied and disappointed when we walked out. He didn’t even offer suggestions or any advice to help us move forward more of a hi and bye. I wouldn’t come back even if they gave a refund and offered me free services.
Very kind and straight forward & honest
Very personal and informative
I first got refered to Dr. Pinto right before Covid happened and he had to stay in Dallas. I had the opportunity to see him again a few years later and he remember my name, my fiancés profession, and priorities like I had just seen him a week earlier. He was able to talk to my us in a way that made sense and used analogies that my fiancé could understand. He makes sure to understand before implementing, which is most important to me. He truly is an expert in his field and would recommend him for bedside manner and intelligence above par.
Dr pinto has been great! He’s very upfront and tells it to you straight. We have entrusted our infertility in his hands and he has not led us astray!
Dr. Pinto is the most down to Earth and well versed Physician I’ve encountered on this journey. The personal phone calls to check in on us mean the most. He is relatable and honest. His nursing staff including Melissa, Micah, Michelle, and Ms Vicky are as solid and reliable as they come. Although we are nowhere near the finish line, we trust our tour guide and have faith in what God is doing in our lives.
