Don't feel like i was heard. Felt dismissed. I felt like I had to accept the shot he offered to get more testing done because in his "expert opinion as a doctor" that's all I needed. I was there 2 hours and seen the doctor all of 10 minutes. I was even given any directions on side effects of the shot. Goggle gave me peace of mind that the shot can cause insomnia and make the pain worse for the first few days.The lady at the desk and the xray tech was amazing. That treated me like a person. The doctor how ever didn't. I was another number. Another pay day. Get it done and out. That's it.
